1. Notification Control: To make WiZiQ more user-friendly and to give more flexibility to users in regulating the frequency of automated email delivery, some more controls are now available. You can now add new topics and select or deselect the existing subjects/topics on which you have been receiving automatic email notifications. You can manage your preferred subjects/topics here after logging in: http://www.wiziq.com/home/learnteach.aspx.
You can also manage whether you want email notifications daily or weekly on the subjects/topics of your choice here: http://www.wiziq.com/settings/notification.aspx
2. Courses are now linked from teacher profiles: Course links are now available on the profile pages of teachers who have set up Courses. Course links on teacher profile pages will help teachers get more students to enroll in their courses as the courses can be easily accessed by students. Links from teacher profiles to course pages will also strengthen these pages in the search engines so teachers can expect more activity on courses now. If you have not yet created a course, you can go right ahead and get started here:Teachers - Sell your courses on WiZiQ
3. Comments as Testimonials: Now teachers can use comments on their Classes, Tests or Tutorials as testimonials on their profile. Quality content attracts good comments, so here's a good reason to create a lot of good content and simply add comments as testimonials to your profile.4. Register and download tutorials: Earlier tutorials were available to all visitors only to view, irrespective of whether they were registered or not. Now teachers can make tutorials (both public and private) available for download to visitors. Tutorials can be downloaded by registering with WiZiQ. However, tutorials are available for viewing to unregistered visitors too.
We hope that you enjoy using these features and look forward to your feedback.
