The most recent feature highlights and changes in WiZiQ:
Comment management
Now teachers can manage with ease the comments posted by their students on Test, Tutorial or Class pages. It means, a teacher, after review, can approve or disapprove the comments posted by the students. Earlier, WiZiQ used to approve or disapprove the comments but now the teacher has control over the comments posted by their learners. The comments from tests, classes and tutorials can be viewed and managed on the comments page itself. With this amendment in the comment management system, a good amount of wait time for teachers is curtailed. Also, a teacher is at the freedom to selectively use the comments as testimonials/feedback to further improve the quality of the classes, tests or tutorials.

Tests
WiZiQ has made tests more transparent by making the statistics available to view. It means, a teacher can see 1) who is attempting the tests, 2) score of the test, and 3) count of correct and incorrect answers. This feature helps the teachers in making the future tests more interesting to the students.
- Now teachers can see detailed information, like who is attempting (both contacts and non
contacts) the tests, score of the test, count of correct and incorrect answers, etc. - Premium teachers can contact students through LearnerConnect
On the other hand, WiZiQ has put some limitations to the messaging system to make it more usable, efficient and relevant. The limiting of messages indirectly help WiZiQ members in controlling spam, which is good for serious learning and teaching. But message sending is not possible until the member verifies his/her email id. So, it is important for members to verify their email ids. However, a member can send unlimited messages to the contacts in his/her list and send unlimited invitations to the external contacts.
- Non Premium member can contact 5 members (with contact setting ON) per day in the first month, and 20 members a day from the second month onwards
- Premium members can contact 50 members in a day
- A member can send unlimited messages to the contacts in his/her list
- A member can send unlimited invitations to the external contacts
- Without email verification, one cannot send message or invitation
Besides the new LearnerConnect and other feature enhancements, as recently announced, we just introduced two new communities - the Web 2.0 community and the .Net community.
