If you have conducted or attended an online live class using WiZiQ Virtual Classroom, you would have noticed, that at the end of the online class, students and teachers are asked to rate the class. While teachers are asked the feedback about WiZiQ [Audio/ Video and Content Uploading], the attendees are asked about the knowledge gained and if they would recommend the teacher for this subject. However, the teachers had no way to find out about the feedback given by the attendees. But, that was until now.
After each online live class you conduct using WiZiQ Virtual Classroom, you would be able to see the composite feedback provided by the attendees. This feedback is sent in an email to your primary email address [make sure your email address is verified on WiZiQ and you have added support@wiziq.com to your address book]. The email would look like this:
You can also find this email after clicking on Inbox [top right corner] after you sign in to WiZiQ.
Once you click on "View Feedback" link above, it would take you to another page where the feedback for the online live class would be shown. This would look something like this:
Anonymous above suggests that the attendee did not want to reveal themselves or this online class was a public class [in which case you are given all feedback anonymously].
We encourage all teachers of private online classes to respond to each feedback [the attendees of private online classes are invited by the teachers themselves, so we assume they know these attendees and have their contact details, if they are not already contacts on WiZiQ]. Also, we hope this will help you understand learners needs and areas for improvement more.
