Ferit Kılıçkaya, a research assistant and a doctoral candidate in the Department of Foreign Language
Education at the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey has written a nice introduction and review on WiZiQ and the Virtual Classroom. You can read more about it here.
We just wanted to clarify some points raised in the article:
- Page 1 : Java Needs to be up-to-date - This is incorrect. WiZiQ's Virtual Classroom does not need Java. We however, do need JavaScript just as so many websites like Facebook, MySpace etc do. Most browsers come with inbuilt JavaScript interpreters.
- Page 9 : Type of Questions Available - We plan to bring in more question types in tests very soon along with rich media content in questions as well as answers.
- Page 9 : Presenters to be allowed to visit other websites - This is possible; although, you need to install a screen sharing plugin.
Blogs are good for every one where we get lots of information for any topics nice job keep it up !!!
