As the year 2008 comes to an end, we announce the release of eagerly awaited feature for Premium Members : ability to download the recordings of the sessions you schedule or have access to. You can now download the recording of a private session if:
- You are a premium member and you recorded the session [this option can be selected under Session Settings while scheduling a session] for yourself
- You attended the session of a premium member and she has allowed you to download this recording
Here is how you can download the recording:
- Step 1 : Log in to WiZiQ and click on My Sessions and Recordings under the Sessions Navigation Link.
- Step 2 : On this page, click on the Recordings Tab and go to the Recording you want to Download. Click on the arrow next to Recording and then click on "Build and Download".
- Step 3 : Let the download process and once this is done, download the recording.
Note: You can not download the recording of Public Sessions. If you do not see an option to Build and Download, then you do not have a permission to download the recording [as a teacher you did not record the session for yourself or as an attendee, recording download has not been allowed for you]

This is a welcome feature. However, my 10 days old small test recording is still not available for playback even after availing live support and same is the case with 2 days old small test recording. This looks like deterioration in service.
